Solar activity reached moderate levels. Region 3386 (N11W62, Dhi/beta) produced a long-duration M1.9/1n flare at 04/0424 UTC; the largest event of the period. The associated CME off the W in LASCO C2 imagery beginning at 04/0428 UTC. Further analysis of the event shows the potential for a glancing blow around early to midday on 07 Aug. Slight growth was observed in Regions 3386 and 3392 (N10W05, Dao/beta-gamma). The rest of the spot groups were relatively stable.
NOAA reports a Moderate Solar Storm! Retrograde effects are increased. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
Solar wind parameters became further enhanced around 04/0655 UTC, possibly due to weak transient activity. Total field increased from 10 nT to a maximum of 16 nT with the Bz component +/-12 nT. Solar wind speed briefly increased to around 450 km/s around midday before diminishing to near 400 km/s. Phi angle was positive.
There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 35% chance of a minor event, a 25% chance of a moderate event, and a 5% chance of a strong event.

Alright, cosmic comrades, strap on your safety goggles and tighten your lab coats because the universe has decided to sprinkle some analytical spice into our celestial soup! That's right, folks. Mercury, the zippy little planet with a need for speed and a knack for communication, has just RSVP’d to Virgo’s tea party. And let me tell you, this isn't your grandmother's tea party; no, this is more like a science fair on steroids.
Now, when Mercury checks into Hotel Virgo, it's not lounging by the pool sipping on a martini. No, Mercury in Virgo is like that meticulous roommate who color codes their sock drawer and alphabetizes the spice rack. It's all about precision, efficiency, and a dash of obsessive-compulsive flavor.
Mercury in Virgo is the celestial equivalent of a Swiss army knife - multi-functional and always ready to strip out the unnecessary fluff. It’s like having your very own cosmic Marie Kondo, helping you declutter your mental mess. This transit is all about getting down to the nitty-gritty, cutting through the cosmic clutter, and communicating with laser-like precision.
But remember, my fellow stargazers, with great power comes... well, you know... a tendency to become a teensy bit overcritical. When Mercury is in Virgo, we might find ourselves nitpicking every tiny detail, from that single strand of hair out of place to the slightly skewed angle of that picture frame. We become the Sherlock Holmes of flaws! So, let's remember to use our newfound powers of discernment wisely, or else we might find ourselves alienating others with our overly analytical antics.
In short, enjoy the intellectual joyride of Mercury in Virgo, but don't forget to loosen up your lab coat and laugh at the chaos of the cosmos once in a while. After all, perfection is an illusion and life is too short for perfectly arranged spice racks.

Alright star gazers, don your cloaks and adjust your lightsabers, because we're about to embark on a cosmic journey. No, not a battle with the Death Star, but a tantalizing tango with our planet of wisdom, Jupiter, who's just shimmied into the sign of Taurus.
Jupiter, the sage of the galaxy, meets Taurus, the universe's most stubborn bull. Sounds like your last family reunion, right? But fear not, this isn’t a recipe for disaster, it’s more like two celestial bodies sipping chai tea and discussing quantum physics. This transit gently nudges us to remember that our search for spiritual wisdom doesn’t require an epic space saga. It’s inside us, snuggled up next to our love for pizza and binge-watching Star Wars. We just need to cut through the static of daily life to tap into it.
With Jupiter canoodling Taurus, it's like having Yoda and Obi-Wan guiding you to make your dreams come true. You'll find yourself making to-do lists with the precision of a droid and the patience of a Jedi. As you tick off those items one by one, remember to trust in the Force – or in this case, the cosmic energy of Jupiter and Taurus.
When Jupiter, the Star Wars equivalent of a galactic lottery ticket, teams up with Taurus, the Bill Gates of the zodiac, your bank account might just go from "Death Star-sized hole" to "Ewok village abundance". But remember, my young Padawans, with great power (or wealth) comes great responsibility.
Yes, Taurus loves indulgence as much as Chewbacca loves a good Wookiee cookie. And when Jupiter, the planet of expansion, pairs up with our pleasure-seeking bull, we may find ourselves mistaking wants for needs. Resist the Dark Side, my friends. Don't let your impulses lead you astray. Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet firmly on the ground. May the Force, and Jupiter in Taurus, be with you!
Saturn
Saturn is in Pisces
Saturn is retrograde at 05 Pis 26' 17", moving backwards at 0.07 degrees per day, and is 1321912919km away and approaching.
Well, butter my biscuits and call me Saturn, because right now, I'm taking a dip in the vast ocean of Pisces. So, grab your space snorkel and prepare for some deep-sea cosmic exploration. This isn't just a casual swim folks, oh no, we're diving into our very own abyss of dreams and aspirations. You know, it's funny how we can always daydream about opening a cat cafe or writing the next bestseller, but when Saturn rolls up in its celestial minivan, we suddenly start getting serious. It's like when your mom comes into your room and finds all those candy wrappers under your bed. You can't hide your dreams from Saturn! Grab a notepad because Saturn's about to do some hardcore life coaching. But hold onto your crystals, because this isn't going to be a psychedelic joyride. Saturn is like that stern professor who questions every single detail of your project. You might want to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your mental door, but guess what? Saturn doesn't care. It’s going to barge in, wearing dad jeans and a tool belt, ready to fix up your dreamscape. So, you better be ready to open the door and let Saturn in. Trust me, his advice usually ends up as helpful as an instruction manual in Ikea. Now, with all this focus on the realm of sleep and dreams, you might think you'd be snoozing away like a hibernating space bear. But ironically, you may feel restless, anxious, and end up counting more sheep than a farmer with insomnia. Here’s a cosmic tip: meditate, go for a forest bath, inhale-exhale-repeat, and maybe even catch a power nap (with a dream journal by your side, of course). Remember, you need to recharge your cosmic batteries to tune into the wisdom Saturn is trying to download into your consciousness. So, fellow stargazers, as the saying goes, "When Saturn swims through Pisces, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into your dreams". Or at least, it should be a saying. I mean, it has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?
