Solar activity reached moderate levels. Region 3435 (N08E16, Dki/Beta-Delta) continued to be the noisiest region on the disk, producing an M8.7 flare at 21/1254 UTC. This AR was little changed overall, growing slightly while maintaining its delta magnetic configuration. Regions 3441 (N08W16, Dri/Beta-Gamma), 3442 (S10E39, Csi/Beta-Gamma), and 3443 (N27W26, Dao/Beta) all exhibited relatively rapid growth and development as the latter two produced low-level C-class flares. Region 3438 (N11E09, Dai/Beta) produced C-class flare activity as well, but was otherwise stable. Region 3444 (N24E37, Bxo/Beta) was numbered this period, but was otherwise unremarkable and appears to be in decay as of the time of this writing. New spots were observed on the NE limb and also trailing just behind AR 3442, but remain unnumbered at this time as we await USAF observatory reports.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
Solar wind parameters reflected a gradual transition to a more nominal environment. Total field averaged between 3 and 5 nT, the Bz component was mostly +/- 4 nT, and wind speeds steadily decreased from ~430 to 400 km/s. Phi was variable between solar sectors.
There is a 45% chance of solar activity, with a 25% chance of a minor event, a 10% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Alright, fellow cosmic voyagers, grab your favorite reusable coffee cup because it's time to talk about Mars playing footsie with Libra. You see, Mars is like our rowdy roommate who's suddenly decided to enroll in a yoga class. He usually enjoys charging forward, but under the influence of Libra, he's swapping his combat boots for ballet slippers.
Now, while Mars is orbiting around Libra, we become more aware of our relationships, kind of like when you suddenly realize how much cheese you've been eating lately. Suddenly, all the squabbles and disagreements seem as trivial as trying to argue if Star Wars or Star Trek is better. (It's Star Trek, by the way.)
Yet, just like those debates about whether to use light mode or dark mode, we can't ignore the big issues for too long. Mars in Libra doesn’t mean everything's as smooth as fresh almond butter. It's about addressing problems with the finesse of a chess grandmaster.
And remember folks, Libra isn't just about peace and harmony. It’s the celestial advocate, the sign that stands up for equality like a sci-fi hero in a dystopian novel. So during this period, it's not just about making peace but also standing up for what is fair and right. It's like realizing you should've been recycling your pizza boxes all along.
But don't be surprised if you find yourself as indecisive as a cat in front of two identical cardboard boxes. Mars is itching to act, but Libra wants to ponder over every decision like it's choosing a new Netflix series to binge-watch. So remember, while Mars dances this celestial tango in Libra, let love, fairness, and a dash of nerdy humor guide your steps.
And just to keep it scientific, Mars is precisely 378644613.742127717km away. I mean, not that anyone's counting or anything.

Grab your space helmets, folks, because we're about to go on an interstellar rodeo! Our cosmic cowboy, Uranus, just sauntered into the paddock of Taurus, who's as reliable as a well-worn pair of Levi's but also as stubborn as an old mule who missed his morning coffee. Now, Taurus is a creature of habit and loves a good routine, much like my grandmother and her soap operas. But guess what? Uranus didn't come to play by the rules. No siree, this planet is all about shaking things up, faster than a mischievous poltergeist rearranging your furniture.
Now, Taurus has a bit of a 'thing' with money, like Scrooge McDuck swimming in his vaults, and Uranus entering Taurus is going to revolutionize our piggy banks and maybe even make them fly. During this seven-year cosmic sleepover, we might see money do the cha-cha-slide right out of traditional banks into digital wallets or perhaps even trade places with chocolate bars. Who knows? We're talking Uranus level unpredictability here!
On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is like that zany aunt who visits once in a while and makes you question everything. She'll have you rethinking your relationship with money and material possessions. You know, those shiny baubles we hoard hoping they'll fill the void but end up just collecting dust. It’s a perfect time to Marie Kondo your life, folks!
This transit is here to liberate us from our financial shackles - be it debt, taxes, credit card interest, rent, or mortgages. So, resisting these changes is as futile as trying to keep a cat from knocking things off your table. But don't worry, as unsettling as these changes may sound, they're here to bring about stability in the long run, much like eating your veggies for dinner.
So buckle up, dear earthlings, for this cosmic ride with Uranus and Taurus is bound to be one wild, enlightening and perhaps slightly weird journey. And remember, in the vast expanse of the cosmos, it's all just a blip. Now go forth, and rock the universe!
Neptune
Neptune is in Pisces
Neptune is retrograde at 26 Pis 11' 40", moving backwards at 0.03 degrees per day, and is 4323945333km away and receding.
Pluto
Pluto is in Capricorn
Pluto is retrograde at 27 Cap 58' 28", moving backwards at 0.01 degrees per day, and is 5139903814km away and receding.
Alright star gazers, listen up! The mighty dwarf planet Pluto is currently doing the cosmic cha-cha in the sign of Capricorn, and it's about 5139851556.336641312km away. Yes, I checked my space odometer. That's far enough to make any long-distance relationship feel like a breeze.
Now, both Pluto and Capricorn happen to be type-A personalities in the celestial yearbook. They're the "Most Likely to Succeed" and "Least Likely to Accept Failure" kind of guys. These two are all about success, power, and getting things done...even if it means steamrolling over other people's feelings and ideas. So, if you find yourself suddenly channeling your inner Simon Cowell, don't panic; it's just the Pluto-Capricorn effect making you a tad more critical than usual.
But here's the silver lining. Pluto's not just about being a cosmic bulldozer; it's also the universe's Marie Kondo, encouraging us to discard what no longer sparks joy in our lives. It's all about shedding those old, negative patterns that have been dragging us down. Sure, it might involve a bit of emotional demolition, but hey, who said spring cleaning was solely for your wardrobe?
So, as we navigate this Pluto in Capricorn season, remember to be mindful of what (or who) you decide to metaphorically bulldoze. Keep your sledgehammers aimed at the walls of self-limitation and not at others' sandcastles. And remember, folks, it's okay to be a bit of a science nerd and a hippie at the same time. After all, we're all just stardust navigating this cosmic dance. Happy stargazing!
