Solar activity reached moderate levels due to two M1 flares at 01/0626 UTC and 01/1226 UTC. Both flares occurred near Region 3477 (S15E66, Hsx/alpha), however the flaring activity appeared to be associated with a Region just beyond the limb near S10. Other activity included an approximate 25 degree filament eruption that began lifting off at 31/2100 UTC. Modelling of the associated CME appeared to show the potential for glancing effects late on 04 to early on 05 Nov.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
Solar wind parameters were slightly enhanced, but waning through the period. Solar wind speed decreased from approximately 490 km/s to near 440 km/s. Total field ranged from 2-4 nT while the Bz component was between +3/-4 nT. Phi angle was positive.
There is a 20% chance of solar activity, with a 10% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

"The Venus is strong with this one." Folks, we’re traversing the cosmos where the love planet Venus has decided to hang out with the meticulous maiden Virgo, and it’s about as harmonious as a Wookiee at a hair salon. Just imagine Cupid with a calculator and a checklist...and maybe a pair of glasses to really nail the look.
As we enter this interstellar transit, you'll feel an urge to be more selective about your heart's targets, like an imperial stormtrooper who suddenly develops sharp aim. For the taken ones among us, it's like a Jedi mind trick nudging you to assess if your love life is more Anakin and Padmé or Han and Leia. For the solo space travellers, take this time to deploy your scanners for potential love asteroids...I mean interests. But don't expect to fall head over moon-boots, you might find more pleasure in polishing your droids than any romantic rendezvous.
Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Obi-Wan, this sounds like navigating an asteroid field while blindfolded!" And yes, there's a risk you'll turn into a relationship critique droid, finding fault faster than an R2 unit finds a secret hatch. But remember, this is not the Dark Side, it's the chance to have some constructive, Jedi Council-like dialogues, rather than starting a lightsaber duel every time your partner forgets to take out the trash compactor.
Despite sounding as alluring as Jabba the Hutt, Venus in Virgo can still be passionate. It's like finally appreciating the beauty of Tatooine's twin sunsets, savoring the finest blue milk, or that indescribable feeling when you finally understand Wookiee. Just remember, when Venus is in Virgo, we're all a bit more conservative, so don't expect any impromptu hyperspace jumps into the world of romance.
So, as we navigate this celestial event, remember what Yoda said: "Do or do not, there is no try." Take this Venus in Virgo time to sort out your emotional star maps and remember, even Jedi masters need some 'me' time. May the love force be with you!
Mars
Mars is in Scorpio
Mars is prograde at 14 Sco 26' 02", moving at 0.69 degrees per day, and is 380591219km away and approaching.
Gather round, folks! Our favourite celestial warrior, Mars, has decided to take a vacation in the deep, mysterious realm of Scorpio. And let me tell you, Mars and Scorpio together is like mixing pop rocks and soda - expect some cosmic eruptions!
With Mars in Scorpio, we're all getting an interstellar shot of espresso right into our ambition centres. Compromise? Pah! Who needs it? Not us, not with Mars boosting our cosmic backbone like it's in a space gym. During this time, we're as malleable as a titanium rod. So, good luck to anyone trying to control us. Spoiler alert: It won't end well for them.
Our willpower's getting a serious boost, like a rocket ship on full throttle. It's the perfect time to channel that energy into all those changes we've been meaning to make but kept putting off. Mars in Scorpio isn't afraid of the shadows. It thrives there, like a bat in a belfry! Embrace the inner spelunker and dive deep into the caverns of your psyche. You never know what treasures you might uncover!
Now, a word of caution my star-trekking comrades. Mars in Scorpio can be a bit like a toddler with a water gun: unpredictable and prone to causing a ruckus. We might find ourselves expressing anger and aggressiveness without even meaning to. It's like having a conversation with a Dalek; little room for peace negotiations. So, pick your battles wisely, or you might end up with more than just metaphorical egg on your face.
Think of this transit as your personal spiritual boot camp, minus the drill sergeant and the early morning wake-ups. It's all about developing our cosmic muscles of courage, discipline and willpower. Rise above the shadows, avoid power struggles and forgive. After all, grudges are like extra luggage on a space journey - who needs the unnecessary weight?
So, buckle up, star wanderers. With Mars in Scorpio, it's going to be a wild cosmic ride. But remember, even in the deepest, darkest cosmos, there's always a twinkle of humour to lighten the way!
Jupiter
Jupiter is in Taurus
Jupiter is retrograde at 10 Tau 38' 13", moving backwards at 0.14 degrees per day, and is 595757261km away and receding.
Oh, humans! Always worrying about that extra slice of pizza or the unplanned detour to the nearest bookstore. But rejoice! Jupiter is in Taurus, so it's time to channel your inner Dalek and say, "I OBEY!" to your desires. BUT WAIT! Not in a "let's-invade-the-whole-universe" way, (we've been there, done that, it's exhausting), but in an "embrace-your-inner-wisdom-and-prosperity" way.
Jupiter, oh Jupiter! The celestial equivalent of a double espresso shot! In Taurus, it's like having this cosmic coffee served in a mug made of solid gold, encrusted with diamonds. It's luxurious, it's abundant, and it's all yours. But remember, even Daleks have limitations. If we ate every planet we saw, we'd be the size of... well, Jupiter!
So, while you bask in the glow of your own personal wealth asteroid, keep in mind that sometimes less is more. Just like you don't need to EXTERMINATE every planet, you don't need to indulge in every single desire. Except for the desire to understand the universe - now that's a worthy pursuit!
With Jupiter in Taurus, it's the perfect time to focus on your long-term goals. Think about what you want to achieve, make a plan, and then stick to it with the stubbornness of a Dalek refusing to climb stairs. Wait a moment... we can fly now. Never mind.
So there you have it, dear humans. Jupiter in Taurus is a wonderful opportunity to be more, do more, and have more. But just remember, as any Dalek will tell you, with great power comes great responsibility... and an increased risk of being thwarted by a time-traveling alien with a sonic screwdriver.

The Sun
You should have lots of energy and vitality today. Go out and get some exercise. Be careful not to get into arguments with your superiors or with people in authority, like policemen. Avoid confrontations that involve your ego. Instead, channel the energy and potential hostility into something creative like your favorite hobby. The important thing is to express yourself in a constructive manner. How about playing in the park with a group of children? Do not overexert yourself or put too much strain on your heart. This means controlling your temper. Anger is one of the hardest things on your heart. Don't lay out in the sun too long. You may burn easier today than normal. Watch yourself around the stove or anything hot. Focus on being humble. Put your ego in the backseat.
The Sun
Today will be one of optimism and self-confidence. Your only danger is in becoming over-confident. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Watch the tendency towards self-aggrandizement, false pride, and over-indulgence in food and drink. Don't overspend.
Although their intentions are generally good, people with challenging aspects between the Sun and Jupiter are given to overdoing things. They can easily gloss over realistic details and get themselves into debt, overindulge in pleasures such as food and drink, and promise more than they can deliver.
For the most part, they find help for their excesses. Somebody’s there to bail them out, as plenty of people believe that their hearts are in the right place. Generally, this is the case, but if excessive behavior becomes a pattern, and the natives continually face light consequences, there is the danger that they will not learn from their mistakes and abuse the “system”, relying on their friends and family to help them out a little too often. Their reputation for being good people, thus, can eventually be used to further their purposes.
However, many people with this aspect don’t fall into the trap of losing their sincerity. They are generous, helpful, and charitable. Still, the tendency to live beyond their means is a real threat that many struggle with much of their lives. Another thing to watch for is depression. These people tend to go through periods of intense highs when they are excessively optimistic. These periods are so marked that they seem to be unnatural and a fall seems to be inevitable. They can make promises they intend to keep, but have a problem with follow-through. Self-control can be a real problem. Usually quite knowledgeable and generous with their time, these people have many talents that they may take for granted.
Some Famous People with Sun in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Billy Crystal, Ian Scott Anderson (Jethro Tull), Nell Carter, Edgar Cayce, Linda Goodman, George Lucas, the Olsen twins, Dolly Parton, John Ritter, Oscar Wilde; Oppositions – Robert Duvall, Beau Bridges, Monica Lewinsky, James Earl Jones, Kevin Costner.
Alternate interpretations:
Note: The square, semi-square, sesquiquadrate, and opposition are also called “hard”, “challenging”, or “inharmonious” aspects.
Sun opposition Jupiter: Children with this aspect often need to learn to listen, because they may have a tendency of doing the opposite of what they are told! Basically a positive placement indicating enormous energy and radiance, the pitfall of the Sun/Jupiter opposition is overconfidence manifesting as a tendency to take on too many projects at once or a tendency to delve into projects without prior training. There is a tendency to think “I can do anything!” which is fine as long as the child is willing to go through the necessary training to get there! He could get carried away when it comes to vocational choices, following rainbows! This going against himself, so to speak, may also bring him in opposition to those in authority. Help him examine carefully the choices he makes. Insist he finish what he begins, and insist he promise only that which objectively can be fulfilled. Teach your child the importance of right timing and punctuality! Check the nature of the signs and houses that the Sun and Jupiter are in for greater insight in balancing the qualities of this polarity. — Interpretation from the Child Star Report.
Sun opposition Jupiter: You aim high, dream big dreams, and have a tremendous sense of what is possible for you to achieve. Overconfidence, grandiosity, lack of humility, and/or extreme discontent in modest circumstances may be your faults. Generally, however, your great expectations and enterprising spirit lead to success. Business, especially when there is an element of risk and speculation, suits you well. — Interpretation from the Merlin Report.
Sun opposition Jupiter: Sometimes you’re prone to unrealistically high expectations, and this in turn can cause frustration when real life doesn’t measure up.
Your optimism and self-confidence will go through periods of being exceedingly high, making you feel invincible. You’ll experience more satisfaction if you take the time to think things through and proceed with patience and even a certain amount of caution. — Interpretation from the Your Life Path Report.
Mercury
Pour constructive energy and action into communication, writing, reading and anything of a mental nature. Do all your errands today. Your mind is active and it may be difficult at times to slow it down and relax. Your nerves are wound up and it may be necessary for you at some time today to force yourself to seek a quiet place and recoup your strength. Watch a tendency to argue with friends, display impatience, especially while driving, and to generally be on edge. Do not let your high energy level today cause you to become reckless or careless. Pay attention to the things you do and slow down a bit. Remember, discipline. You feel very self-assertive today. Do not let your ego ride roughshod over the people you deal with today. Control your temper AND your tongue. Avoid petty gossip and talking about people behind their backs.
